Your Task
You have accepted the task of prosecuting or defending Sasha. Good Luck!
In a group of four, two students will defend Sasha, and two students will prosecute Sasha. From both the defense and prosecution, a PowerPoint presentation and paper will be required to prove their case to the judge, who is the teacher. One person of the group will complete the paper, and one person of the group will complete the PowerPoint presentation. So, in total there will be two papers and two PowerPoint presentations. Both sides of the story need to be heard to determine whether or not Sasha should be punished for forging the promissory note. Carefully analyzing the story, the defense and prosecution will be able to find reasons to support their case. A paper with sufficient reasons of their side to the judge will be required. After the paper is submitted to the judge and given back with suggestions, a PowerPoint presentation will be made to present the case to the judge; and it will be up to the judge if Sasha is guilty or not guilty.
